Structural Foreman – High-End Multi-Residential Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join a well-established builder developer delivering high-end multi-residential projects across Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on architecturally designed developments with a strong pipeline of work and a reputable name in the market.

The Role You will be responsible for overseeing all structural works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all structural trades on site
• Manage concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tensioning works
• Drive program and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain high standards of WHS compliance
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Ensure quality assurance and defect minimisation

About You

• Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on high-end multi-residential projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures and structural sequencing
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Stable employment history with reputable builders
• Trade qualified (preferred)
